Technical Support (based in Zhangpu, Kunshan)

Overview

Responsible for IT project implementation and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer networks, visit customers on maintenance days and resolve issues on site
  • Take part in or manage project implementation as assigned by the technical manager

Education and experience

  • Able to complete tasks independently
  • Familiar with products from major network vendors such as H3C, Cisco, Sangfor and Huawei
  • Familiar with TCP/IP, especially routing protocols
  • Driving licence preferred
  • Experience at a foreign-invested company preferred
  • Good spoken and listening English; able to understand customer problems and find solutions
  • AI experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; approachable
  • Standard Mandarin
