The event showcased how Yealink devices seamlessly connect with leading cloud video platforms such as Tencent Meeting, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, as well as corporate OA and ERP systems—protecting existing investments and eliminating information silos. It also highlighted Yealink’s powerful cloud management platform, enabling centralized global device control, status monitoring, batch configuration, and firmware upgrades to simplify IT management.

Yealink’s team detailed how their devices support AI-driven smart collaboration through three key features:

China Telecom analyzed common challenges faced by traditional enterprise networks when handling cloud applications, remote collaboration, and massive data flows—such as limited bandwidth, high latency, slow deployment, and security risks. The concept of “cloud-network integration” was introduced, demonstrating how deeply combining networking and cloud computing enables network resources to be delivered as flexibly and on-demand as cloud services—forming a new type of digital infrastructure for enterprises.
Technologies such as SD-WAN and cloud-dedicated lines enable intelligent routing and optimization, ensuring smooth operation for critical applications like video conferencing and ERP systems. The session also emphasized the shift from “perimeter protection” to “intrinsic security” through integrated network security, ensuring full-chain protection of enterprise data and applications—from the cloud to the endpoint.
