Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level desktop operation and maintenance services, including but not limited to desktop hardware and software troubleshooting, setting up user accounts and emails, etc.
- Assist senior IT engineers and network security engineers in day-to-day IT infrastructure operation and maintenance, including but not limited to daily maintenance of Windows servers, M365, and Azure.
- Familiar with basic network technologies and capable of solving network problems.
- Assist in IT equipment procurement, deployment, and maintenance according to company needs.
- Assist users with relevant IT training and answer related questions.
Requirements:
- College degree or above, majoring in computer science or related field preferred.
- One year or more of IT technical support experience.
- Proficient in Windows desktop and server operating systems, proficient in M365 and Azure technologies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Priority given to Microsoft MCP engineer certification holders.
- Good English reading and writing abilities, able to communicate in basic conversations with foreigners.
