Client: A German-owned automotive supplier near Suzhou with a main plant and two further sites. Name withheld.
Need: The company needed its three plants on one fast, private local network.
What we did: Local dark-fibre loops from the main plant to both sites (12 and 2 cores, up to 10 Gbps), OSPF and link aggregation on the core switches, and a 7×24×4 helpdesk with repair service.
Result: In service since 2022 and renewed in 2023 and 2024.

Need: The China office needed a fast, stable connection to systems in Germany. Ordinary internet links were slow and unreliable.
What we did: DELine deployed Fastlane SD-WAN: a CE router on site with IPsec tunnels to the nearest DELine POP, monitored 7×24 with PRTG.
Result: After deployment, latency to Germany dropped below 140 ms with 0% packet loss.

A Chinese- and English-speaking NOC with 5×8 service and 7×24 emergency response, and PRTG monitoring 7×24 with real-time alerts. Availability is 99.7% (at most about one day of outage a year), with daily compensation for outages.
